The car was not clean with stains of vomit and other things inside the car. The seat covers were torn and interior looked quite old and not maintained 4. The bigger problem was Handbrake. The hand brake of the car was not working and we got to know only when we went to get the car which is too late to cancel.
How can you play with safety of your customers. Providing a car with hand brake not working is a bigger safety concern. I would never recommend anyone to use Zoom car for rent atleast in Pune. There are many other competitors in the market which provide better service. The cars are good in condition,only problem is with the application. I booked twice and found same error while dropping off. The car was not getting locked with the application plus no customer support responds in case of emergency.
We wasted more than hour for all these. No use of giving feedback after every ride. I would have given a Zero rating but no option. The vehicle condition was pathetic and no fuel indicator. We filled 20 liters diesel and it stopped after 80 km. How can we see fuel consumption without a proper working fuel indicator. Your request has been submitted successfully.
